I'm Fiona, a virtual assistant and communications specialist based in Aberdeen. I help busy teams complete the kind of jobs that matter but somehow never make it to the top of the to-do list. You're brilliant at what you do. But between the projects, the deadlines and the day-to-day chaos, the tasks quietly pile up. That's where I come in.
I spent over 15 years in the energy and chemical technologies sector. Starting out as a laboratory chemist (yes, wearing an actual lab coat), moved into product setup, product management, and eventually landed in marketing communications.
It turns out this mix of skills is pretty handy! Now I'm using all of that to support small businesses, technical professionals and busy teams directly. I'm not here to replace your engineers. I'm here to be a reliable pair of hands, with extra know-how for the more niche or industry specific requests.
Beyond the day job
When I'm not wrangling documents, you'll find me spending time with family, paddleboarding in the Dee, reading or baking. I'm a big believer in clarity over clever, and I'll always tell you honestly if something isn't going to work.
